Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
Floral Delivery Policy
Delivery is available Monday through Friday between the hours of 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
Orders received after 3:00 PM may need to be delivered the following business day.
Saturday local deliveries are available during normal business hours and will be completed between 9:00 AM and 11:30 AM. If any adjustments to the delivery schedule are necessary, we will contact the customer to confirm the changes.
Sunday deliveries are not available.
Summer Delivery Policy
Starting June 1st through the second week of September deliveries will be available between the hours of 10 AM and 3 PM. Orders received after 2:00 PM may need to be delivered the following business day. If any adjustments to the delivery schedule are necessary, we will contact the customer to confirm the changes.
Saturday & Sunday deliveries will not be available.
Refund Policy
We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged. We also offer exchanges — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a return or exchange.
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
